Nigerians Needs someone who is for the People to Lead them and not Self Citizen who thinks of him Self - Pres. Buhari

The Nigerian president, Pres. Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday said Nigeria was and is in a critical point when it needs selfless citizens that could change the country to be the best as it suppose to be.
According to THE PUNCH, President Muhammadu Buhari said this in his tribute to the pioneer Director-General of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Major General Timothy Ogundeko, who would be buried this weekend.
The statement was read by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, the President described the Late Maj. Gen. as  a pacesetter in strategic Leadership training.
It was said that the president have expressed the believe that Late Ogundeko would be long remembered for his towering role as an educationist and public administrator, who contributed to the producer and process of training potential leaders in the security and socio-political environment of Nigeria.
According to source, the statement read in parts, “The president affirms that with his tireless effort and foresight, Maj. Gen. Ogundeko transformed the Nigerian army Education Corps for the benefit of the service and the nation, and his legendary role in the establishment of Command Secondary Schools is well appreciated.
He added, “President Buhari trusts that the vision of the dead for a united and prosperous Nigeria will be honored by all who mourn him, particularly at this critical point when the nations in need of selfless citizens to change Nigeria for the better.
According to report, “President Muhammadu Buhari extends heartfelt condolence to Gen. Ogundeko’s family, and also the government and People of Ogun State.

“the President close his remarks with a prayer for God to grant the soul of the Dead eternal and comfort his family and admirers.
