Refund the Money Deducted from Teacher's Salaries - Gov. Fayose Ordered Ekiti State Accountant General

The governor of Ekiti State, Gov. Ayodele Fayose, yesterday ordered the accountant-General of Ekiti State to immediately refund the money deducted from the salaries of teachers, who had bought some facilities from the government of the state during the past administration of his predecessor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi.
Recalling vividly, years ago, teachers had bought cars and laptop among facilities from the government on loan with an arrangement for monthly salaries installment deductions from their salaries.
According to Vanguard News, the Ekiti State chairman of the Nigerian Union of Teachers NUT, Comrade Samuel Akosile, said the over-deductions from the teachers’ salaries have been active problem but when brought to the notice of the state governor (Fayose), he immediately set up a committee to look into the complaint and gave them an ultimatum of 30-days to bring their report.
According to Vanguard News, the report and its recommendation were submitted to the governors table on Thursday, at Osuntokun hall of the state government office, Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
